No. A QC photo can help you spot visible issues such as asymmetry, poor print placement or incorrect measurements, but it cannot reliably prove material composition, long-term durability or authenticity.
How long does Kakobuy store items?+
Kakobuy’s publicly indexed information pages currently mention 100 days of free warehouse storage. Policies can change, so confirm the current deadline inside the service before placing or consolidating an order.
Can every warehouse item be returned within five days?+
No. Kakobuy describes a five-day return/exchange guarantee for eligible third-party seller items. Seller participation, item condition and marketplace restrictions can affect eligibility.
What costs are separate when ordering through Kakobuy?+
Kakobuy’s publicly indexed service-fee summary separates item cost—product price plus domestic shipping to the warehouse—from international freight. International freight is calculated later using the parcel, route and destination.
Does Kakobuy provide package photos before dispatch?+
A Kakobuy help entry says its package-photo service provides three photographs of the packed parcel before shipment. Package photos document the parcel; they should not be confused with item-level QC images.
Does Kakobuy QC test electronics?+
Kakobuy’s publicly indexed inspection information says inspection of household appliances, digital products and other electronics does not include verifying authenticity, function or quality. Confirm specifications and restrictions separately.
What should I do if a QC image is wrong or unavailable?+
Stop the product review and compare the image with the order record. Kakobuy’s May 10, 2026 notice acknowledged abnormal displays, incorrect images and temporarily unavailable QC images. Ask for the correct evidence before dispatch.
Is there one fixed Kakobuy shipping price per kilogram?+
No reliable universal price applies to every parcel. Kakobuy says international freight depends on weight, shipping method and destination; parcel dimensions, restrictions and optional services can also change the routes and final amount shown.
Is the Kakobuy spreadsheet free to use?+
Yes. Browsing Kakobuys.shop and opening its category, product and guide pages is free and does not require an account. The destination buying service may charge product, domestic delivery, handling, optional service and international shipping costs shown in its current checkout.
How do I use a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product link?+
Open the live marketplace link first and record the seller, title, variant, size, price and domestic delivery. Paste that exact URL into the supported search or order field, then compare the imported page with the source. If the link is unsupported or redirects to another item, do not rebuild the order from a nickname or old screenshot.
What should I do when a product link has expired?+
Treat the old row as a discovery clue only. Do not assume its seller, image, price or option is still valid. Find a current source listing, compare the seller and product details, and create a new evidence record before ordering.
How can I tell whether QC photos belong to my current batch?+
Match the purchase order, warehouse arrival date, colour, size or model label, quantity and visible product details. When a photo is missing, duplicated or inconsistent with the order, pause the review and request the correct record before parcel submission.
How should I verify clothing or shoe size?+
Use the seller's current measurement chart and compare it with a similar item you own. Do not rely on S, M, L or a shoe-size conversion alone. For clothing, request the relevant chest, length, shoulder, waist or inseam view; for shoes, ask for an insole or outsole measurement when the size system is uncertain.
Can products from several sellers be combined into one parcel?+
Warehouse items can generally be selected for consolidation after they arrive and are accepted, but route restrictions, size, weight, storage status and restricted-goods rules can change what should travel together. Confirm the live parcel options before submitting the combined shipment.
Why can a shipping estimate differ from the final amount?+
An estimate may use expected weight and dimensions. The packed parcel can have different actual or volumetric weight, route-specific rounding, packaging, optional services or restricted-line availability. Use the calculator for planning, then compare it with the final packed measurements and eligible routes.
Which products may face shipping-line restrictions?+
Restrictions vary by destination and route. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, pressurised products, food, medicines, sharp items and some branded goods can reduce eligible lines or require special handling. Check the live route rules and destination law for the exact product; a spreadsheet category cannot approve an import.
How often are product prices on this site checked?+
