Then count the commercial units and the pieces inside each unit if the listing promised a pack.
After identity and quantity, move to category-specific QC. Check labels and measurements for size-sensitive goods; dimensions, connectors and markings for components; and included parts for sets. Standard photos may not show a pack count, hidden component or measurement. Ask for the single extra view or measurement that could change the accept-or-return decision, while checking the live order state and any applicable deadline.

Plan consolidation only after the units are known
Wholesale packs can change parcel planning. Ten small retail items may arrive as one dense carton; lightweight display materials may create more volume than weight suggests.
